Most people are surprised to hear that I never once envisioned a career as a hair and makeup artist. I still find myself wondering how I ended up here. I’ve always been a bit of a tomboy at heart, but a girl’s girl through and through. And if anything, my journey is proof that sometimes our calling is so much bigger than what we could have ever imagined for ourselves.
I’ve always loved art, I just didn’t realize my canvas would be people.
Beauty, to me, has never been about products or application alone. It’s about honoring the person in my chair. It’s about holding space for my brides, calming their nerves, and supporting them through one of the most beautiful, and sometimes most challenging, seasons of their lives. Weddings hold so much more than just celebration. There can be grief, change, growth, and so much emotion woven into that day. Getting to be a steady, grounding presence in that space is something I will never take lightly.
This art form is one of the most impactful and deeply connected ways I get to serve others. Allowing me to work alongside one of the most powerful forces in the world: love.
I feel endlessly grateful that my work so beautifully complements my life. I love to travel, to be in nature, to garden, to slow down and be present. I also love being an auntie and spending time with my family. And above everything, I am a husband’s girl to the max. My husband, Jackson, aka Mr. Beauty on Set, is a huge reason I’m able to run this business the way I do. The support I have at home is unmatched, and it allows me to show up fully for the women we serve.
This business has become so much more than I ever expected, and I truly believe I was called to be here for a reason.

Beauty On Set is a boutique team of artists who have worked side-by-side for years.
We’ve intentionally kept our team small and close-knit. Because of that, our wedding mornings feel personal, calm, and full of care.
We move through the morning together, supporting one another and holding space for all the emotions that come with such a meaningful day. The quiet moments with your mom. The laughter with your bridesmaids. The deep breath before you step into your dress.
Outside of weddings, we’re wives, mothers, daughters, sisters, and partners. We love traveling, spending time with family and friends, being in nature, sharing meals together, and experiencing life in all its little moments. That fullness of life is something we bring with us into the work we do.
At the end of the day, we’re simply a group of women who genuinely love what we do and feel incredibly honored to be invited into such an intimate part of someone’s wedding day.
