Bookings

  • A contract and retainer are needed to secure your date. Your date will remain open until both have been received.

  • Makeup Minimum: Bride + 4 others (or dollar equivalent).

    Hair Minimum: Bride + 4 others (or dollar equivalent).

    Team Member Minimum: We require a 5 service minimum (or dollar equivalent) per team member assigned to your wedding.

    Bridal trials and flower girl services do not count towards the service minimums.

    You have the option to just book hair or just book makeup.

    Due to demand, rehearsals/welcome party services are subject to the same minimums for evens Friday-Sunday.

  • For the service count, we need a firm number at the time of booking. This helps us staff your date accordingly, and ensure we have enough artists available without them being booked on other events. Because we provide beauty services for a living, we do not allow subtractions to the contracted service count.

  • The demand for our services during peak wedding months is very high, and for that reason, dates can not be held for any period of time. Our availability is offered on a first come, first serve basis and is only secured by completing a signed contract + retainer fee.

Trials

  • Bridal trials are reserved for our booked brides only. Due to the high volume of inquires, we do not offer soft holds.

  • Bridal trials take place in our off season (November - early April) during the week.

    This allows us to solely focus on weddings in-season. If you’re a 2025 bride, your trial will take place in November 2024 - April 2025.

  • Trials take place in our respective studios.

    - Walnut Creek studio (Mollie, Olivia, Anela, Sam, Chelsea).

    - Vacaville studio (Bre).

    - Benicia studio (Stef).

Day of

  • Your start time is dependent on your end time. Once we know what time you and your party need to be ready by, we can begin working backwards from there. An early end time means an early start time.

    We need 50 minutes per bridal party service (hair 1 service, makeup 1 service) and 1 hour 20 minutes per bride service (hair 1 service, makeup 1 service).

  • Yes! We offer touch up services at an additional cost. This is great to freshen up after your first look and before the ceremony!
